This site: a static TUI in the browser, shipped by Terraform.

A prerendered Astro site with a vim-style key engine and a terminal mode, deployed as an assets-only Cloudflare Worker entirely from Terraform, with state in R2 and GitHub Actions doing the rollout.

highlights

  • Terraform owns the Worker, each content-hashed version, the deployment, the custom domain and zone hardening.
  • CI gates: type check, content/PII guardrail, bundle-size budget and 50+ Playwright tests (vim keys, SEO, axe, mobile).
  • Plan-only manual deploys, post-deploy smoke tests, and a daily rebuild for fresh GitHub stats.
  • Static-first: every page works without JavaScript; ~13 KB of TypeScript adds the TUI layer and zero third-party requests.

Mouse and Tab work as usual. Vim keys are an extra, and :set nokeys (or the vim toggle in the title bar) turns them off. Vimium users: add an exclusion for aethyriion.dev.
